Today, Tuesday 12 May 2026, CSPS and the Sudd Institute convened a half day Roundtable Dialogue on IDRC project to discuss the following:
- Introduce South Sudan’s partners and stakeholders to the research and work of Sudd and CSPS and the importance of supporting and utilising South Sudanese think tanks in peacebuilding efforts broadly defined.
- Introduce partners and stakeholders to the research design and activities on increasing inclusivity and bottom-up influence on national processes and the promise of findings to have a transformative impact on peace in South Sudan.
- Identify areas where partners can collaborate with and/or support CSPS and Sudd in implementing the “Bridging Communities” research in addition to other projects.
The meeting was attended by representatives of civil society organizations, diplomatic missions, international organizations, and think tanks.
