Dr. Ahmed Yagoub is a Research Fellow at CSPS. He is a graduate with a bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory and a diploma in Political Science from University of Khartoum. He is researcher, translator, writer, and critic. He is former lecturer of Philosophy at the Institute for Political and Leadership Training and Former Lecturer at Hakima Academy of Health Sciences, 2015-2016.
Ahmed also was Former President of the New Sudan Youth Union 2019-2021 and Former political advisor to the Governor of Blue Nile 2020-2022.
Dr. Ahmed also is the Editor in Chief of the Legacy Magazine, which is a bilingual Arabic and English magazine concerned with thought, philosophy and literature. He is the General Manager of The Little Encyclopedia Publishing House and Political Advisor and Media and Communication Consultant – Office of IGAD Special Envoy to Sudan.
Dr. Ahmed writes commentaries and articles for several electronic newspapers. He writes on cultural studies and sociology. He published some books which include "The Biography of Fragmentation and Anxiety"; "The Question of Philosophy in Sudan"; "the cultural revolution in Sudan"; "The Political Mind of Sudan" and "From the Tribe to Statehood".
