Under the topic “Effective Technical Boundaries Committee (TBC), Independent Boundaries Commission (IBC), and Referendum Commission on Number and Boundaries of States (RCNBS) for R-ARCSS Implementation” parties to R-ARCSS, traditional leaders, academia and international partners were brought together on the 13th February, 2019 for the high level breakfast discussion and strategic thinking on the peace process in South Sudan. During the discussion it is agreed that the role of traidtional leaders is paramount in regards to mitigate conflict that may arise from boundary disputes.
