Our 14th session of high-level breakfast discussion on the peace process in South Sudan took place
on 19/11/2019 under the topic “Expediting the Necessary Arrangements in the Defense
and Security Sector Leading to Establishment of R-TGoNU.” The event was attended
by parties to the agreement, the diplomatic community, civil society, and eminent personalities. Gen.
Daniel Opande was the lead expert and moderated by Gen. Elias Waya Nyipuoch.
