Our 13th session of high-level breakfast discussion on the peace process in South Sudan took place
on 10/10/2019 under the topic “Civil Society and Non-Partisan Stakeholders of South
Sudan: Shift from War to Peace Advocacy through R-ARCSS Implementation.” The event was attended by parties to the agreement, diplomatic community, civil society, and eminent
personalities. Mr. Wachira Maina was the lead expert and moderated by Dr. Monyluak Alor Kuol.
