Our 12th session of high-level breakfast discussion on the peace process in South Sudan took place on 27/9/2019 under the topic “the role of IGAD as mediator and guarantor of RARCSS and the role it can play beyond mediation and managing conflict among the parties of South Sudan.” The event was attended by parties to the agreement, diplomatic community, civil society and eminent personalities. Mrs. Beatrice Kisaro was the lead expert and moderated by Hon. Dr. Benjamin Marial.
